This year for this first time Rutas del Inca with assistance from Sustainable Harvest is exporting its first micro lot offerings, focusing on highlighting unique high quality offerings from small groups of producers. The Cutervillo lot comes from 6 producers around the small village of Cutervillo. The producers were selected by the Coop to highlight based on the outstanding quality of their coffee. This offerings highlights the fantastic work Rutas del Inca and it’s producers do. In the Cutervillo taste notes of dried fig, apricot, red currant, milk chocolate, and maple syrup.

This will be the second year Sisters Coffee works with the Cooperative Agraria Rutas del Inca. Founded in 2013 with just over thirty members, the coop now operates with over two hundred and fifty members, receiving coffee from Querocoto, Huambos and Querecotillo regions in northwestern Peru. Rutas del Inca’s first exported crop, in 2014, was immediately recognized for its quality and they have continued to increase in quality.
