Concordia University-Portland is a special institution to the Durham Family, being the alma mater of Justin, Leigh-Anne and Jared Durham. Developing lasting relationships during their time at CU, the Durham’s were honored in August of 2009 to have Sisters Coffee Company become the exclusive full-service coffee supplier for the entire campus. In honor to the 105 year old Lutheran school, the Justin created “Martin Luther’s Private Reserve”, the official coffee blend of Concordia. It’s a full-bodied, medium/dark roast with good balance, mellow acidity and a strong, slightly smoky finish. Originally offered exclusively at CU, this blend has gained wide popularity among our customer base and as a result, we are pleased to announce we are now offering it online and in our Hood Street Café.
